From the living accommodations to fine food, you are always pampered. We also had a terrific time salmon and halibut fishing in the cold waters of the inland passage. Being able to witness Humpback and Orca whales from a close distance is unforgettable.
Our whole family enjoyed the diverse range of activities and the great people taking care of us. Most important, we valued being able to choose our itinerary instead of being told what we had to do. This is a vacation opportunity for every age and interest.”
“Our family vacation aboard the Alaskan Harvest was the trip of a lifetime. Every member of our group, from ages 8 to 68, had an amazing time. There is something for every age, interest, and physical ability. The accommodations are first class with complete privacy for everyone. No detail is left undone from the meals to the excursions. Likewise, safety and comfort of the guests is of upmost importance to the crew and is truly the first priority.
The kids loved sea kayaking, combing the beach for treasures, crabbing and getting to climb on an iceberg left stranded by the tide. The grown-ups enjoyed the beautiful scenery, witnessing calving glaciers, viewing wildlife, hiking, relaxing and some amazing fishing. The wealth of knowledge of the crew about the natural surroundings and wildlife is unmatched.

Sea lions and seals close at hand; eagles flying about; the magnificent view of the blue ice on the glaciers; the thunderous noise of the calving; the coolness of the air; orcas and grey whales; plenty of halibut to catch.
